Start with a conversation. Contact and Consultation

Start with a conversation.

A 30-minute discovery meeting to understand what’s happening inside your Japanese team — and whether MADOKA is the right fit.

Thank you for your interest in MADOKA. Every meaningful engagement begins the same way — with a real conversation about what your Japanese subsidiary is trying to achieve, and where communication is quietly standing in the way.

This is not a sales call. Our instructors — not a sales team — will meet with you directly to listen, ask clarifying questions, and, if useful, share what we have learned from working with APAC-headquartered companies operating in Japan. If there is a natural fit, we will outline what a pilot could look like. If not, we will tell you honestly, and often suggest where to look instead.

Meetings are held in English, Japanese, or bilingual depending on what makes the discussion easiest for your team. Video is welcome, but not required.

What to expect
  • 01
    A short pre-meeting note
We will ask two or three questions in advance so the time together goes to substance, not setup.

    A 30-minute conversation
Your context, your questions, and an honest read from a MADOKA instructor — not a script.
  • 03
    A follow-up summary
Within one business day, a short written recap and, if relevant, two or three suggested next steps.
