    Course Terms and Conditions:
    This Business Coach Training Program utilizes the methodology advocated by the Institute of Executive Coaching Association, a general incorporated association. Lectures will be conducted by MTL Mr.Yoshida under the administration of MADOKA. By attending at least 6 out of the 8 sessions, participants can receive certification as an Executive Coaching Association Certified Business Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Mindfulness Coach, or Certified Hypnotherapist. If you must miss a session due to illness or unavoidable circumstances, please contact the administrative office to arrange make-up sessions. Course fees must be paid in full via bank transfer within 3 business days after receiving payment details from the administrative office (transfer fees are the participant's responsibility). Tuition fees are subject to separate regulations based on eligibility conditions. If your selected application price does not meet the conditions, it will be adjusted to the applicable price under the relevant conditions. Installment payments are only available via credit card. Cancellations after payment must be made by the day before the first session. Refunds will be the amount paid minus the transfer fee charged by the administrative office. Cancellations and refund requests after this point will not be accepted. Unauthorized reproduction, republication, reuse, etc., of lecture materials and worksheets provided after the course start date is prohibited. Copyright for these materials is held by the Executive Coaching Association, MTL, MADOKA, and the relevant organizations. Should a participant cause damage to the Executive Coaching Association, MTL, MADOKA, training facilities, equipment, etc., the respective organizations reserve the right to seek compensation for damages.
